Refund Policy

The request window for returns and exchanges runs for 30 days following delivery.

We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns and also accept exchanges. A non-defective item, including one returned after a change of mind, personal preference, or mistaken selection, must be new, unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Damage, defects, incorrect items, missing parts, or products materially different from their description may also be reviewed. Include the order number, checkout email, and an explanation; for those product problems, add clear photographs or video of the item and packaging.

Returns are made by mail. A prepaid return label is included with the package materials and is free to use after approval. We do not charge a restocking fee. Do not mail an item without authorization because an unidentified parcel may not be processed.

Exchange fulfillment depends on available inventory. After we approve a refund, we send it to the original payment method within 10 days; the bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
